1. Eligibility

By accessing this website or buying our services, you acknowledge that:

• You are 18 years old and above.
• You are capable of entering into a legally binding contract.
• You consent to offer accurate details at purchase and communication.

2. Orders & Payments

• All the products are custom-made and produced as per the specifications given by the customer at the time of placing an order.
• For processing any customized order, an advance payment of 25% must be made. Production will commence only after receiving payment confirmation.
• The balance amount should be paid upon delivery or installation.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of non-receipt of payment as per the terms agreed.
• All the payments are transferable in nature.

3. Custom-Made Product Policy

• All the blinds and curtains are made to order based on customer-chosen fabric, size, colour, and pattern.
• No changes, refunds, or cancellations will be honoured once production is commenced.
• There may be slight differences in colour shades or texture of the fabric because of screen display variations or batches of dye. This is not a fault.

4. Delivery & Installation

• There is an optional delivery and installation facility at a supplementary cost and it is non-refundable.
• Approximate delivery schedules will be provided at the time. These schedules might differ according to the material availability and order quantities.
• The customer is responsible for preparing and making the installation area available on the scheduled date.
• Our staff cannot be held accountable for any delay due to unavailability of the customer, incorrect address, or inaccessibility of the site.

5. Measurements & Site Conditions

• When measurements are done by our expert team, we take extra care to ensure accuracy.
• If the customer supplies measurements, we are not held responsible for improper fit or installation problems.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure walls, ceilings, and mounting surfaces are acceptable for mounting. 
• We do not accept responsibility for damages resulting from fragile or inappropriate wall conditions.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Because our products are made to order, all sales are final.
• No cancellations or refunds are possible once fabric cutting or manufacturing has been initiated.
• Refund for mass-produced products will be accepted only if the product is faulty or wrong on our part. 

7. Warranty

• We provide a 1-year warranty for motorized curtain systems for manufacturing defects only.
• Warranty for fabric, accessories, or for damages due to misuse, improper third-party installation, or accidental damage is not provided.
• Normal wear and tear, sun fading, or effects of the environment are not warrantable.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Sheer Curtains Dubai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
• Our liability in any case shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer towards the particular product or service.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• By accessing our services, you consent to our collection and storage of your information for order processing and customer support purposes.
• We do not disclose or sell your personal information to third parties except as required by law or to process orders.
